This was a very fun game and extremely story driven.  It just seemed like a good idea to "bull-rush" the exit sector but it was a fatal mistake. Plus leading the charge with the American squad leader  was foolish since loosing him early severely hindered the American squad choices for the remainder of the game.  I will proceed with more caution next time.
